LIVING FORWARD - Widows' Group

Joined with Jesus and each other, we navigate a journey that we did not invite into our lives. Living Forward has three components: Study, Fellowship, and Care Team 

The Living Forward Bible Study is a supportive, safe, easy going community of multi-aged women who lost their husbands recently or many years ago. All widows are welcome and encouraged to join us. You can come and participate fully, partially, or come to listen. Starting May 24, 2025 we will begin reading the book Crazy or Called by Christina Patterson. She looks at the lives of ten men and women in the Bible who are navigating a crazy call from God. This will be a study where anyone can join at anytime. It is not sequential on the previous chapters. 

The Living Forward Fellowship invites you to participate in events, such as meals, game nights, and movies. 

The Living Forward Care Team is made up of church members who are offering their time and talents to help widows with a variety of needs from handy work to car purchasing, to partnering in prayer. Each widow receives a list of people she can call for help.
